Shipping Policy
At Rumivo, we work with a carefully selected network of international suppliers and shipping partners. Our products ship directly from our suppliers, including suppliers in China, to the address you provide at checkout.
This allows us to deliver a wide range of products straight from our suppliers’ stock, without unnecessary storage or extra steps in between.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, we first process it. During this step, your order is checked, picked and prepared for shipment.
Processing takes an average of 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it’s handed over to our shipping partner, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
After your order ships, delivery takes an average of 3 to 12 business days. Most orders arrive within about 7 business days after shipping.
Including processing, the total delivery time is around 4 to 15 business days.
These are average delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. In rare cases, an order may take longer, for example due to carrier delays, customs inspections or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum order value. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Import Duties and Taxes
Because our orders ship directly from our international suppliers, they are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
This means that any import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges due upon import into the United States are not included in the purchase price or in our free shipping. If such charges are collected by customs, the carrier or a local authority, they are the responsibility of the recipient, to the extent permitted by law.
Whether these charges apply, and how much they are, depends on factors such as the product type, its value and current U.S. import rules.

- Review your cart and click “Checkout.”
- Enter your contact details and shipping address carefully and completely.
- Double-check your order and shipping details.
- Choose your preferred payment method.
- Complete your payment to place your order.
Please always double-check your address before placing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address can cause delays or delivery issues.
